The Flower Committee needs your help. If you are interested in supplying sanctuary flowers for a month (or even just a week) please contact Ann B. If you would like to dedicate your month (or week) in memory/honor of someone we will be sure it gets in the bulletin. There is also a sign up sheet posted on the bulletin board in the Narthex.
You can also contact the person scheduled for that month. If you don't know the person on the list you can call the church phone 967-8021 and leave a message or email [email protected] and someone will relay your message.

SANCTUARY FLOWERS
All are invited to participate in the beautification of the sanctuary for Sunday services through the placement of decorative arrangements. Individuals, families, and groups are encouraged to participate in this important part of our worship service every week. Arrangements are needed for the communion table (either on or on the floor in front). But if you want to do more, you may also place decorative arrangements on the side banisters, the window sills, and even the Narthex. You don't need to always use flowers. Grasses, vegetables, dried arrangements, gourds, anything that is or has been live, is fine. Most months there are flowers in the gardens at church that can be used. Even houseplants, flowers from the sides of the roads, even weeds have pretty flowers. If you bring a vase in that you want to keep, put your name on it or take it home. Plus, there is a whole cupboard full of vases in the store room if you need one.
Ann Baier is looking for volunteers to provide the decorative enhancements from the Sunday after Easter until the start of Advent. You can either sign up for one Sunday, a couple weeks, a month of Sundays, a special occasion, or whatever you are able to do.
Placing arrangements in the church is easy! Simply…
1. Contact Ann Baier to request date(s) that you would like to place flowers in the sanctuary.
3. After service, if you are not doing the arrangement the next week or will be doing a new arrangement, please remove it from the sanctuary and clean up any mess so that the space is ready for the next person

- Contact information – email [email protected] or call 843-5902
- Let her know as soon as possible, so that she can coordinate placement of flowers. This is very important if you are wishing to do the flowers to commemorate a special occasion that Sunday or month.
- Let her know if they are being placed in memory of someone or to commemorate a special occasion, so that can be communicated for the bulletin and Gracenotes.
- Let her or someone know if you can't do a week or month that you signed up for so that someone else can place flowers during that time.
